安亭加氢站--氢能之路 始于足下

    氢气无色,无味,无毒,来源丰富,可利用多种方法由水,化石燃料和可再生能源制取。它以其清洁,高效,可储存等优点,被视为理想的能源载体,可有效缓解全球的能源紧张、环境污染、温室效益等问题。

    氢气的利用方式有多种,其中最激动人心的是将其作为燃料电池汽车的燃料。与传统汽车相比,燃料电池汽车仅排放水,更加高效,更加安静,更加安全。为燃料电池汽车加注氢气的基础设施也正处建设热潮之中,您现在看到的安亭加氢站就是其中之一。

 

    1. About Hydrogen

    Colorless, odorless, tasteless and non-poisonous, hydrogen can be produced from water, fossil fuels and even renewable energy via many methods. It is regarded as an idea energy carrier due to its clean, storable and high efficiency, which can relieve the world from the pressure from energy shortage, environment pollution, and greenhouse gas.

    Hydrogen has many kinds of utilization form, of which the most existing one is used as fuel for fuel cell vehicle (FCV). FCV only emit water and more efficient, quieter and safer when compared with traditional vehicle. Meanwhile, the hydrogen infrastructure is under development to fuel FCV. As you see now, Anting Hydrogen Refueling Station is one of these stations.

 

 

    2. 安亭加氢站

 

    加氢站项目背景、周边环境,建成意义

    燃料电池汽车的发展离不开氢基础设施的发展,为此,国家科技部于200310月启动了‘863’项目燃料电池汽车高压氢气加气站及供氢技术研发。本加氢站即是该项目的重要组成部分。

    加氢站位于上海市西郊安亭镇国际汽车城,毗邻上海市汽车博物馆和汽车会展中心。安亭汽车城包含汽车贸易,汽车及零部件生产,科教研发等功能区,形成了比较完善的汽车产业链,是新能源汽车的孵化基地。

    The development of FCV cannot go without hydrogen infrastructure, therefore, Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) initiated the ‘863’ project of ‘High Pressure Hydrogen Refueling Station for Fuel Cell Vehicle and Hydrogen Supply Technology Research’ in October 2003. This station is an important part of the ‘863’ project.

 

    Adjacent to Shanghai Auto Museum and Auto Expo Center, Anting Hydrogen Station is located in the Auto Park, Shanghai International Automotive City (SIAC). SIAC contains vehicle trading, vehicle and component manufacturing, research area and so on, which have formed a sound chain of vehicle industry. This would be a cradle of the new energy vehicle.

    This station:

    Marks a key step towards realizing the huge benefits of a hydrogen economy. 

    Will strongly promote the development of Shanghai Fuel Cell Vehicle.

    Will demonstrate to the public and the world Shanghai’s commitment to the sustainable development and energy diversity

    Anting Hydrogen Refueling Station is co-built by Tongji University, Shanghai Aerospace Energy Co. and Shanghai Sunwise Energy System Co. Shell Hydrogen cooperates with Tongji University as technical consultant and funds part of the station demonstration. Linde and Shanghai Gas Engineering Design Institute provides engineering services for the construction of the station.

    氢气由管束车运输进入加氢站后,压缩机将其压缩至储氢罐中。氢气可直接从管束车中,或从储氢罐中,或直接由压缩机对汽车进行加注。

    Station principal and technical specification

    After trucked into the station by a tube trailer, hydrogen is then compressed into the hydrogen storage cylinders by the compressor. Hydrogen can be refueled to the vehicle from the tube trailer, storage cylinder or from the compressor directly.

    加氢站氢气来源

 

        加氢站的氢气由位于上海焦化有限公司的一套氢气提纯示范装置供应。该装置由同济大学联合有关单位于2005年开发完成,也是863’项目燃料电池汽车高压氢气加气站及供氢技术研发的一部分。

    原料气:工业副产氢气

    提纯能力:120Nm3/hr

    回收率:>85%

    氢气纯度:>99.99%

 

 

    Hydrogen source

    Hydrogen is supplied by a hydrogen purification device in Shanghai Coking Company. This device was developed by Tongji and other companies in 2005, which is also one part of the ‘863’ project.

    Recovery efficiency:>85%

    H2 purity: >99.99%

 

 

    加氢站服务对象

 

    加氢站内进行示范的燃料电池汽车由同济大学及有关单位在国家科技部‘863’电动汽车重大专项的支持下开发的。至今同济已经开发出了15辆燃料电池汽车,包括‘超越’系列,‘上海’系列及一辆燃料电池大巴。

 

    Fueling vehicle

    The fuel cell vehicles refueled in the station were developed by Tongji University with the support by the ‘863’ Electric Vehicle Project initiated by MOST. Up to now, Tongji has developed more than 15 FCVs, including the ‘Start’, ’Shanghai’ and a fuel cell bus.

 

 

    本加氢站也是UNDP/GEF/MOST中国燃料电池公共汽车商业化示范项目的一部分,在北京和上海进行燃料电池公共汽车商业化示范运营。根据第二期项目计划,上海将通过国际招标,采购3-6辆燃料电池公共汽车进行示范运行,并在世博会期间展示。

 

 

    This station will also be used as part of the GEF/UNDP/MOST Fuel Cell Bus Demonstration Program, which demonstrate fuel cell bus in Beijing and Shanghai. According to the work plan of the Phase II, Shanghai will bid 3-5 fuel cell buses to start demonstration. The buses will also continue demonstration during the Shanghai World Expo in 2010.

 

 

    加氢站访客中心

 

    加氢站访客中心由壳牌氢能投资建设,位于加氢站的站房内,旨在增进公众对氢能的了解。访客中心内利用展板、模型、触摸屏和LCD显示器等展示氢气、燃料电池汽车的基本知识,让观众在一个氢分子构筑的环境中轻松学习氢能知识。

   

    Visitor Center

    The Visitor Center is subsidized by Shell Hydrogen, located within the station house. It aims to promote public’s understanding of hydrogen. Visitor Center displays basic knowledge of hydrogen, fuel cell and fuel cell vehicle using posters, models, touch-on screen and LCD, enabling visitors learn hydrogen energy easily in a hydrogen molecule environment.
